308 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and rules governing the use of the 308 platform by all registered users in Malaysia.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. By using the 308 platform, you agree to be bound by all Terms set out below.
1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 308 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you are required to stop using the 308 platform immediately.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the 308 platform. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. Users under the age of 18 are not permitted to register for or use the 308 platform in any capacity.
308 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Users are responsible for reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of the latest Terms in effect.

2Account Creation & Security
Registration Requirements
To register an account on the 308 platform, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name, a valid phone number, and any required verification details. Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account.
Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without a balance refund. Information provided during registration must match your official identity documents.
Password Security Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. 308 will never ask for your password through any communication channel, including email or live chat.
All activity that occurs on your account, whether with or without your knowledge, is your sole responsibility unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to 308 support. Enable two-factor authentication for added protection.
3User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
308 users agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws in Malaysia. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension or closure:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform
- Attempting to cheat, deceive, or manipulate the platform's systems
- Sharing your account with any other party
- Creating multiple accounts using different identities
- Abusing promotions or bonuses through dishonest means
- Uploading or distributing illegal content
- Attempting to access 308 systems or databases without authorisation
- Using funds obtained illegally to make deposits
308 reserves the right to pursue legal action against any user found to be in violation of the above rules, including reporting them to the relevant authorities.
4Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the 308 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users are responsible for ensuring that funds used for deposits are their own and have been obtained lawfully. 308 does not accept payments on behalf of third parties.
Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods including FPX and online banking. Processing times vary by method, and 308 is not responsible for delays caused by the user's bank or any third-party payment processor.
Withdrawals will only be processed to the bank account registered under the same user's name. 308 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding certain limits. Approved withdrawal requests may take between one and five business days to complete, depending on the chosen method.
Any attempt to reverse or dispute a legitimate transaction with your bank (chargeback) without valid grounds will be treated as fraud and will result in immediate account closure.

5Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
308 is not liable for any financial loss, data loss, or indirect damages arising from use of the platform. Technical disruptions, downtime, or system errors do not entitle users to claim compensation beyond the balance available in their account at the time of the incident.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 308 platform — including logos, text, designs, graphics, user interfaces, and software code — is the exclusive property of 308. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 308.
Third-Party Links
The 308 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided solely for user convenience, and 308 bears no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Use of third-party sites is entirely at the user's own risk.
6Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
308 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of Terms, fraud, money laundering, or platform abuse. In cases of closure due to a violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.
Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the 308 support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within seven (7) business days, and any eligible balance will be refunded to the user's registered bank account.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
308 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via in-platform notifications. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, both parties agree to refer the dispute to arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction.
